Our story

Built for the day
that matters most.

Ki Shadi was born from a simple observation: the most personal day of your life has become the most digitally exposed.

Photographs shared on open links. Live streams forwarded beyond the guest list. Memories stored on servers you never agreed to trust. For years, couples have improvised — a Google Drive here, a WhatsApp group there — and hoped for the best.

We believed that intimate moments deserve intimate infrastructure. Ki Shadi is a sealed, tokenised digital sanctuary built specifically for your wedding day. Every photo, every frame of livestream, every gift, every message — protected behind a single magic link and purged from existence seven days after your event ends.

Nothing is retained. Nothing is sold. Nothing lingers.

Our values

Ephemeral by design

Every piece of data has a scheduled end. The Burn Sequence is not a policy — it is cryptographic fact. We cannot retrieve what we have destroyed.

Intimate by default

Every guest is individually verified. Every download is approved by the couple. No public URLs. No anonymous access. No exceptions.

Safe without effort

Security should not require a technical degree. One magic link, one portal, ten minutes to set up. Complexity lives in our infrastructure, not yours.

Who we are

Ki Shadi is a product of TEK2, a software studio with offices in London, Lahore, Florida and Texas. We build thoughtful technology for moments that matter.

The name Ki Shadi is Urdu for “whose wedding” — the first question any well-wisher asks. We thought it fitting for a platform that begins with exactly that question and ends with the answer sealed away, safely, forever.

Get involved

We are currently in private beta, hosting couples across the UK, South Asia, the UAE and North America. If you are planning a wedding and believe your guests deserve better than a shared Drive link, get in touch.

If you are a photographer, planner, or gifting vendor interested in our partner programme, we would love to hear from you.
