About Ki Shadi

Ki Shadi is a privacy-first digital sanctuary for weddings. Couples use it to host their private photo gallery, livestream, digital gifting, and group chat — all behind a single, invitation-only magic link. Every trace of the event is cryptographically purged seven days after the wedding ends.

The platform was built by TEK2, a software studio with teams in London, Lahore, Florida and Texas, and launched in 2026. It is currently available by invitation across the United Kingdom, South Asia, the UAE and North America.

Talking points

  • The privacy crisis in weddings — couples are using open Google Drive links, public YouTube streams and unencrypted WhatsApp groups to share the most intimate moments of their lives.
  • The Burn Sequence — Ki Shadi's automatic, cryptographic data purge is a first in consumer wedding technology. No backups. No exceptions.
  • Token-bound access — every guest receives a signed, single-use invitation link. Forwarded links from a different device or browser fail immediately.
  • Photographer sovereignty — photographers get a separate, isolated upload portal with their own token set, decoupled from the guest experience.
